In the job application you should respond to at least the following questions:
- What job are you applying for?

- Why are you applying for this job? Why does it interest you?

- Why would you be a good employee for the employer to perform this task?

- What strengths you have had in your previous jobs?

- The speciality areas, education, etc, which you can take advantage of in this work?

- What are your visions related to the applied position?

In case the employer has requested, remember to also include your salary expectation and when you're ready to begin in the new job. You can also attach one or two recommendations to the application.

Contact the employer also by telephone. Ask for more information about the company, job, salary, etc. Explain why this job interests you.

Prepare carefully for the interview.Determine the information available about the employer. If possible, clarify the interview situation: are there several interviewers, are you expected to complete some tests, etc.

Prepare for potential questions in the interview: work experience, your education, what you have learned in your previous positions, any special merits, precisely why you should be chosen for this job, etc.

Choose clothing suitable for the job and task; for a warehouseman position job interview you should not dress in a suit, while applying for management positions jeans are too casual outfit. In any case most important factor is that your clothes are clean and your appearance pertinent for the interview.

Arrive on time for interview. Make sure you know where and with whom you are going to meet.

In the job interview you should be active, in an upright but relaxed manner, and remember to keep an eye contact with the interviewer. Answer any questions raised in vain and truthfully. You can also ask questions from the employer.

If you have not been selected for the job, you should as far as possible tell that you're interested in other possibly vacant positions in the future. Many employers also receive open applications, and they contact you if a suitable job is found.

Good luck with your job search!
